Golfers Finish Season With Strong Showing at State

The Rolla HS golf team finished the season with a solid outing at the KSHSAA Class 1A Golf Tournament in Emporia on May 20th. Rolla had two athletes competing individually in the field of 84 golfers. Sophomore Jake Smith shot a round of 107 to place 51st in his first state appearance. Chandler Huddleston, also a sophomore, finished in 8th place with a round of 81.
