Football Homecoming

Starting off the eventful week, on monday there were lots of sleepy looking kids and teachers walking the halls of the high schools, on tuesday rock stars invaded our school. Wednesday lots of crazy ties and socks were brought out of hiding. On thursday there many crazy colors, and Friday Four colors were mostly seen, green, black, white, and yellow. At the end of the week on friday the winners of all the days were announced Jade G. and Cameron G. being the overall winners, along with the Queen and King Candidates. Then they got to take part in a very messy skit which involved the King candidates had to get wrapped up in saran wrap and crawl down a tarp with vegetable oil all over it and eat an orange, which Casey B. and Demetrius E. won.
At 6:30 the crowning ceremony took place, with the introduction of the court. Starting with Freshmen Casey B and Demetrius E, Sophomores Latasha G and Brandon R, Juniors Tonia M and Chad F, Seniors Lyndsay L and Christian H, and Ashley C and Oscar G. The moment we have all been waiting for, your 2007 Football Homecoming King is Oscar G. and the Queen is Ashley C.
