Last week was homecoming, and it was full of activity. Monday was pajama day, Tuesday was tourist day, Wednesday was Dynamic duo, Thursday was Hero villain day, and Friday was color day. The high school stuco picked winners for each day.

Usually, the students and their sponsors decorate their doors. Instead, this week, everyone made their own flags. Every class created their own designs and their own colors. The elementary winners were 3rd grade, the junior high winners were 7th grade, and the high school were the seniors.

At the beginning of 7th hour on Friday, everyone dismissed to the new gym for the pep rally. We started off with the pep talks from the coaches of the Junior High and High School Volleyball and Football teams. The homecoming candidates also played a game where they had to run an obstacle course blindfolded while being given directions by their escort. Carson Milburn and Deserase Schwindt were the winners of the obstacle course. The spirit week and flag decorating contest winners were announced.

There were a set of candidates from each class in high school and they were, Seniors, Carson Milburn and Deserae Schwindt, Seniors, William Brown and Alexis Garcia, Juniors, Raegan Hinds and Merlin Cortes, Sophomores, Alex Hernandez and Alex Hart, Freshmen, Gavin LaRue and Audra Langley. Carson Milburn and Deserae Schwindt were elected the Homecoming King and Queen.

To end the festivities, the High School Football team played Deerfield. Several players score touchdowns, including Alonzo Martinez, Carson Milburn, and Eduardo Quezada. The game ended at halftime with Rolla scoring 70 points and Deerfield scoring 0.
