2013 Rolla Lady Pirates Volleyball
The RHS Lady Pirates ended their season last Saturday at the sub-state tournament in Moscow. They went into the tournament as the fourth seed and defeated fifth seeded Greeley County in straight sets before falling to Fowler in the semifinals. The Lady Pirates finished the season with a 12-18 record.
Earlier last week, Rolla won the Santa Fe Trail League meet by beating Moscow and Deerfield. The Lady Pirates, who had struggled to get over the hump against Moscow all season, picked up the important match to be crowned league champions. Congratulations to the Lady Pirates on a successful season.
